Last week it was 60 degrees, tonight it is -10 below with the wind chill... Brrr, I live in an upper flat, the couple downstairs control the thermostat & keep it at 70, then there are only 2 old vents that come from the lower apartment ~ see those temps, that's in my place, about 56 in the living room & below 40 in my bedroom.... I'm not complaining, I actually sleep with my window open in the bedroom, last night when I could see my breath each time I was breathing, I closed the window to just a crack, it was below 30 ~
I just know that I am looking forward to Spring Time!

Oh. My. Word!!! We like it cold here, we keep our thermostat at 60 degrees, but 58 or below and it is F.R.E.E.Z.I.N.G! You are nuts! :) And I hope it warms up there for you. (We warmed up a bit today, but with the wind you can't really tell, so warmer temps are on their way to you, if only you don't get our winds too)
ReplyDeleteIf it gets too cold in here, I boil a big pot of water on the stove. That moist, warm heat warms the house up very quickly. It's so cold in your place though, your water must be ice!
