So Long September

at times when I think about the month of

September, I think it flew by in an instant....

then I stop & think that half of the month,

I was sick which seemed like that lasted forever....

{with just the cold from he_ _}

Yesterday was actually the first time I felt well

enough to get up & get Movin

Today I have been able to sit for sometime & catch up

on so much I have been missing....

I have missed out on several White Wednesday,

Inspiration Fridays, not to forget seeing My Grands

& just having some fun....

I am glad it is over & now I can start to

do all the things that need to be done,

which includes visiting all My Blogging Friends

& Favorite Sites....

I bid September Goodbye

Welcome October with a Smile

{not only because it is My Birth Month}

Heating it Up ~ Already

I think this must be the Earliest time of year

that I have ever had to turn on the heater....

I Bubbie sat last night for My Sweet Grands

&

I knew when I left to come Home at 2:30 am

that it was

COLD

I'm Just starting to feel better after almost 2 weeks of the

Cold from He_ _

so I certainly don't need anything else

When the temp up here

reads 62

&

I'm Shivering

it's time to break out

My Friend for the Winter Months

I just didn't think it was going to start

Seems like forever since I have been on the computer

usually a several times a day ritual for Me

I took all these Welcoming Fall Photos

while I was out visiting My Lady I care for...

This is a young fox that was born in the early spring

taken with the zoom from the bedroom window

The Deer photos, did not turn out....

Deer & Fox are daily visitors

This place is smack dab on the edge of a subdivision

5 acres of that holds tons of

Nature & Wild life....

Now I am going to go & take another nap,

I picked up a Nasty Cold & just can't seem to shake it...

Feel Like Crap!

Sure hope this clears soon, since I have had to stay away

from My Grands All Week Long

Don't want to get them sick....

So this Bubbie is just Resting, Sleeping, drinking Juice & then Rest Again...

Being with Family ~ Priceless

I spent the day on Friday with

My Family at the Zoo

The Day was Perfect, cool in the morning

Skies Blue with Billowing Clouds

High about 75

Everything Perfect......

Except

It had been 17 years since I had gone to the Zoo

always went on the Kindergarten trips with all 3 of My Kids

the last being 17 years ago

I thought with the weather being mild, it would certainly be a great

day to see Lots of Animals

(isn't that the reason we go to the Zoo)

The Giraffes were really the High Light

No Lions, No Zebras, No Monkeys ( I think my son was able to

see the back of a Gorilla in some bushes)

No Elephants, No Hippos, No Kangaroos, No Bears....

So what did we see, if you looked real hard & over a fence, down in

a valley, I think it may have been a Tiger...

I did see a Camel, 2 Rhinos, Some Deer & Penguins in the

Penguin House & a Peacock walking around

We all had fun being together Laughing & Joking around

but as for the Animals at the Zoo ~

I think it will be at least another

17 years before I return.....
