Neat stuff! I love those old photos. My dad just emailed me a copy of my great grandparent's marriage license, now I need to try to print it on some vintage looking paper and try to create something neat like you do! I am doing a Green Blog party on March 16, come check it out, I'd love to have you play along! I am doing a giveaway with it :)
Cheryl, I came over to see your WW post and was lucky enough to get two great posts. One white and one black. Oh that Martina tune is my fave! I love your taste in music girl. hugs
Love how you've put together all these unusual components for a great effect Love the old photos. Your WW post was wonderful too. Love what you're doing! Debra
So creative ~ love that. The watch parts box is very cool too. Love everyones vintage black this week ~ we never seem to be at a loss for this kind of stuff in our homes. Have a great weekend!
Being a Minnesotan, I love the Lake Superior vintage photo of your Grandmas that you shared. How cool is that to have that... Thanks for visiting my site earlier today and for leaving a comment. :-) If you've not ever been on the Junk Market Style site, I think you'd love it. Check it out, as you seem to have a knack and an enjoyment of re purposing items and that is what this site is about. Take care. Gretchen
Hi Cheryl.....haven't stopped by for a while .... so hi!!!! That doodad (I didn't know what to call it) LOL, is very clever. I could see it hung with about a million baubles and beads. You know how I like to embellish everything!!
What a great piece to hold all of your treasures! Thanks for stopping by and saying hello. I just became a follower of your blog. I'll be back:) ~Debra Blog: Capers of the vintage vixens
I love the vintage black and white photo. I am trying to put together a collection of them for my front hallway. I had posted my VBF post early this morning but only remembered just now to do Mclinky. So please be sure to check out my post and sorry for my late arrival to the party. Thanks.
Cheryl ... how clever are you?! You've done a terrific job here and I'm running back to see more in your past posts ... LOVE the picture holder! {very cool name, Miller, for your Grandson!}
Hey Cheryl. That was a really cute idea to use the lamp parts and the vintage ruler. Very cute.
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed weekend. xxooo's....Tracy :)
