Good Advise ~

trying my best to snap outta
this funk & get moving,
time is truly of the essence
for me....


  1. Hope it passes quickly. Taking a walk outside in the beautiful sun always makes me feel best:)

  4. Start taking baby steps-every little success will motivate you. I always gain momemtum(?too early) when I push myself on that first step. I always feel better at the end of every day that I've made some progress and can see it! You can do it-you've got to start looking out for you!

  5. Dance that funk away and pray a lot...smile, even if you don't feel like, laugh and focus on others. It will take your mind off of the things that go funk in the night...Love ya, girl...you can do it.
